India - Naga Warrior's Necklace
	A magnificent example of an Angami Naga warriors necklace composed mostly of prized conch shell hairpipe beads. Large conch ornaments like the counterweight at the end of this piece were valued as the equivalent price of a slave. The conch beads of this piece are several hundred years old and have the unmistakable patina of long wear.
